Whipped Maple Mascarpone

  • 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Whip together mascarpone, heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract at high speed until peaks form. Serve on top of pancakes with extra syrup or with your favorite jam.
