Serve with chocolate cake or ice cream. Simply delicious!
Yield: 3/4 cup
- 4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Combine ingredients in a heatproof bowl set in a pan of hot water. Stir until the chocolate melts, then remove from the water bath and stir vigorously until smooth.
