The elusive flavor of the black walnuts and the juicy grapes contribute to a superior stuffing for a chicken, squabs, or Cornish game hens.
- 1-1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 tablespoon sweet butter
- 1/2 cup seedless white grapes
- 1/4 cup black walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 glass white wine
- salt and white pepper
Combine and stuff lightly into the bird.
