I have planted a garden and it seems to be doing well except that there is a lot of grass growing. Is there a way to get rid of the grass without hurting the vegetables

At this point in the season, we would suggest that pour boiling water and vinegar on the grass and then you cover the grass with a few inches of mulch, only leaving room near the base of your vegetable plants. This video should help you next year so that you prepare the soil to avoid growth of weeds.
