Southern Quebec Long-range Weather Region

Winter temperatures will be slightly above normal, with the coldest periods in mid- and late December, mid- and late January, mid-February, and early March. Precipitation will be below normal in the west and above normal in the east. Snowfall will be below normal in the National Capital Region, but above normal elsewhere. The snowiest periods will be in early and mid-December, around Christmas and Boxing Day, and in early and late January, late February, and early and mid-March.

April and May will be slightly warmer and drier than normal, despite wet snow across the north in early May.

Summer will be rainier and cooler than normal, with the hottest temperatures in mid- and late June and early and mid-July.

September and October will be drier than normal, with temperatures near to slightly above normal, on average.
