
Winter will be milder than normal, on average, with the coldest periods in mid-December and early and mid-January. Precipitation and snowfall will be below normal near the coast and above normal elsewhere. The most widespread snowstorms will occur in late December, late January, and late March.
April and May will each be slightly warmer and drier than normal, on average.
Summer temperatures will be above normal, on average, with the hottest periods in late June, mid-July, and early August. Rainfall will be below normal near the coast and near normal in the interior.
September and October will bring above-normal temperatures and precipitation.
