Winter temperatures will near or slightly below normal, on average. Although the coldest temperatures of the season will occur in mid-January, temperatures will be above normal most of the time from December through February; temperatures will be below normal most of the time in November and March. Precipitation and snowfall will be above normal, with the heaviest snowfalls in early to mid-December, early January, and mid-March.
April and May will be much colder than normal, on average, with above-normal precipitation and snowfall. The heaviest snowfall will occur in mid-April.
Summer temperatures will be near or slightly below normal, on average, with the hottest periods in mid-June, mid- to late July, and early August. Rainfall will be above normal, with the rainiest periods from late June to early July and in mid-July.
September will be slightly cooler than normal and October will be two to three degrees C milder than normal, on average. Precipitation will be slightly below normal, with below-normal snowfall.
