Annual Weather Summary: November 2016 to October 2017
Winter will be milder than normal, with the coldest period in early January. Precipitation will be near to below normal, with snowfall above normal in the P (see Key below) and below normal EW. The snowiest periods will be in mid-November, mid-December, and mid-January N+C; and mid-November, mid-December, late January S.
April and May will be cooler than normal, with near-normal precipitation.
Summer will be warmer and a bit drier than normal, with the hottest periods in early June, from late June into early July, and in late July.
September and October precipitation will be slightly above normal, with temperatures above normal N and below normal S.
