Winter season temperatures will be colder than normal in the north and above normal in the south, with the coldest temperatures in mid-January and late February N, early and mid-January and late February EC, mid-January and late February WC, and early January S. Precipitation will be near normal, with snowfall below normal SC and above normal EW. The snowiest periods will be in early to mid-November N+WC, mid-December EC, early to mid-November and late January SC, and late November, early December, mid-January, and late February P+A.
April and May will be slightly warmer than normal, with near-normal precipitation.
Summer will be cooler and a bit wetter than normal, with the hottest period in mid-June.
September and October will be drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures.
