Winter will be much rainier and cooler than normal, with mountain snowfall much greater than normal. Most of the rain, snow, and storminess will come in January and February, when storm damage will be a concern. The coldest periods will be in mid-December and mid- to late January.

April and May will be warmer and drier than normal.

Summer will be warmer than normal, with near-normal rainfall. The hottest periods will be in the latter half of July and mid- to late August.

September and October will bring near-normal temperatures, on average, with rainfall above normal in the north and below in the south.
