Temperatures will be below normal in the north and near normal in the south, with the coldest periods in mid-December, mid- and late January, and in early to mid-February.
April and May will be drier and much warmer than normal.
Summer will be cooler than normal in the north and warmer in the south, with the hottest periods in mid-July and early to mid-August. Rainfall will be close to normal.
September and October will be slightly cooler than normal, on average, with near-normal rainfall.
