AUGUST 2015: temperature 85° (avg.); precipitation 2" (0.5" above avg.); Aug 1-11: Scattered t-storms, very warm and humid; Aug 12-16: Scattered t-storms, hot and humid; Aug 17-21: Sunny, hot; Aug 22-27: Isolated t-storms, hot; Aug 28-31: T-storms, then sunny, cool.

Winter temperatures, precipitation, and snowfall will be above normal in the east and below in the west. The coldest periods will occur in late December, mid- to late January, and mid-February, with the snowiest periods in mid-November in the east and mid- to late December in the north.

April and May will be cooler than normal, with near-normal rainfall.

Summer will be slightly rainier than normal, with near-normal temperatures. The hottest periods will be in mid- and late June, early July, and mid- to late July.

September and October will be much cooler and slightly drier than normal.
