Winter will be colder and drier than normal, with the best chance for snow in the north in mid-February. The coldest temperatures will occur in mid-December, early and mid-January, and early February.
April will be warm and dry; May will be cooler and much rainier than normal.
Summer will be rainier than normal, with near-normal temperatures. The hottest periods will be in mid- and late August. Expect several hurricane threats: in early and mid-June, early to mid-August, and early to mid-October.
September and October will be warmer and rainier than normal.
