Winter will be drier than normal. The north will have below-normal temperatures and above-normal snowfall, while the south will have near-normal temperatures and no snowfall. The coldest periods will be in late November, mid- and late December, mid-January, and early February, with the greatest threats for snow in mid- to late December, early and late January, and early and mid- to late February.

April and May will be cooler and drier than normal.

Summer will be rainier and slightly cooler than normal, with the hottest periods in early June, mid-July, and early September. The greatest hurricane threats will be in mid- and late August and mid-September.

September and October will be much warmer than normal, with rainfall below normal in the north and above normal in the south.
