Winter temperatures will be much colder than normal across the north, but milder than normal in the south, with the coldest periods in mid- and late December, early to mid-January, late February, and early March. Precipitation and snowfall will be below normal, with the snowiest periods in mid-December and mid- to late February.

April and May will be much warmer and slightly drier than normal.

Summer temperatures will be about one degree hotter than normal, on average, with rainfall slightly above normal in the north and slightly below in the south. The hottest periods will be in early July, mid- to late July, and early and mid-August.

September will be warmer than normal, followed by a cooler-than-normal October. Precipitation will be above normal in the south, below in the north.
