Precipitation and snowfall will be below normal, with the snowiest periods in early and mid-December and mid- and late January.
April and May will be a bit warmer than normal, with below-normal precipitation.
Summer will be slightly warmer than normal, on average, with the hottest periods in late July and early August. Rainfall will be below normal despite several threats from the remnants of tropical storms in July, August, and early to mid-September.
September and October will be warmer and much rainier than normal.
