Precipitation will be slightly above normal, with above-normal snowfall in the east and below-normal snowfall elsewhere. The snowiest periods will be in early and late December, early and mid-January, early and mid-February, and mid-March.
April and May will be slightly drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures.
Summer will be slightly hotter and drier than normal, with the hottest periods in mid-June, early and late July, and mid-August.
September and October will be cooler than normal, with above-normal precipitation.
