Annual Weather Summary: November 2015 to October 2016
Winter season temperatures will average close to normal, with slightly below-normal precipitation. The coldest periods will be in late November, mid-December, throughout January, and early and late February. Snowfall will be below normal throughout much of winter, but snowy periods in early and late March, early to mid-April, and early May will bring the winter/spring total to near or even above normal.
April and May temperatures, precipitation, and snowfall will all be above normal.
The summer season will be warmer than normal, with the warmest temperatures occurring in mid-June, mid-July, and mid-August. Rainfall will be above normal.
September and October will be milder than normal, with near- to below-normal precipitation and snowfall. The snowiest periods will be in mid- to late portions of September and October.
