Winter season temperatures will be about 0.5 degrees C above normal, on average, in the east and 2 to 3 degrees C above normal in the west. The coldest periods will occur in mid- and late December, mid-January, and mid-February. Precipitation and snowfall will be slightly below normal. The snowiest periods will occur in mid-January, late March, and early April.

April and May will have below-normal temperatures and above-normal precipitation and snowfall.

The summer season will be slightly warmer than normal, on average, with near-normal precipitation. The hottest temperatures will occur in mid-July and early to mid-August.

September and October will be much warmer than normal with below-normal precipitation. Snowfall will be above normal in the east, thanks to a late October snowstorm, but below normal in the west.
