Snowfall will be above normal in the east and below normal in the west, with the snowiest periods in late December, early to mid-January, early February, and early to mid-March. The coldest periods will occur in late December, early and mid-January, and early and mid-February.

April and May will be slightly warmer and much drier than normal.

Summer will be a bit cooler than normal, with the hottest temperatures in mid-July and mid-August. Rainfall will be below normal in the east and above normal in the west.

September and October will be much warmer and drier than normal, on average.
