Winter will be colder than normal, with above-normal precipitation and snowfall. The coldest periods will be in early to mid-January, late January, and late February, with the snowiest periods in mid- and late December, early January, and mid-February.
April and May will be drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures.
Summer will be cooler than normal, with rainfall above normal, except in eastern Ontario. The hottest periods will be in mid-July and mid-August.
September and October will be cooler than normal, with near-normal precipitation.
