Precipitation will be above normal in the east and below normal in the west. Snowfall will be near to above normal in Southwest Ontario and below normal elsewhere. The snowiest periods will be in early January and early to mid-March.
April and May will be slightly cooler than normal, with precipitation below normal in the east and above normal in the west.
Summer will be cooler and rainier than normal, with the hottest temperatures in early to mid-July, late July, and mid-August.
September and October will be warmer and drier than normal.
