Winter will be colder than normal, with near- to slightly below-normal precipitation and below-normal snowfall. The coldest period will be from late December through early February. The snowiest periods will be in mid-November, early December, early and late January, mid-February, and mid-March.
April and May will be slightly cooler than normal, with above-normal rainfall.
Summer will be warmer and slightly drier than normal, with the hottest temperatures in early to mid- and mid- to late June and early and late August.
September and October will be much warmer and somewhat drier than normal.
