The stormiest periods will be throughout November and in early to mid- and mid- to late December, early January, and early March. The coldest periods will be in mid- and late December, late January, and mid- to late February, with the snowiest periods in mid-December, early to mid-January, and mid- to late February.
April and May will be cooler and slightly rainier than normal.
Summer will be warmer and rainier than normal, with the hottest temperatures in mid- and late July and early August.
September and October will be cooler than normal, with rainfall above normal in the north and near normal in the south.
