Winter will be warmer and wetter than normal in the east and colder and drier than normal in the west. The coldest periods will be in mid-December, the first half of January, and mid- to late January. Snowfall will be near to below normal, with the snowiest periods in late November, throughout December, mid- and late January, and throughout February.
April and May will be slightly drier than normal, with temperatures above normal in the east and below normal in the west.
Summer will be warmer than normal, with the hottest temperatures in mid-June, late July, and early and late August. Rainfall will be above normal in the east and below normal in the west.
September and October will be warmer than normal, with near-normal precipitation.
