Winter will be colder than normal, with precipitation slightly below normal. The coldest period will be in the middle part of January, with other cold periods in mid- and late December and early February. Snowfall will be near normal in Pennsylvania and above normal elsewhere in the region, with the snowiest periods in late December, mid- and late January, and early and mid-February.
April and May will have near-normal temperatures and be slightly rainier than usual.
Summer will be slightly cooler, with the hottest periods in mid-June and early and late August, and rainier than normal.
September and October will be much warmer than normal, with slightly above-normal rainfall.
