Temperatures in the winter season will average about 3 degrees C milder than normal, with the coldest periods in early to mid-November and early to mid-January. Precipitation will be below normal, while snowfall will be below normal in the north and near to above normal in the south. The snowiest periods will occur in mid-November, from late December into early January, and in mid- to late January.

April and May will be slightly cooler than normal, on average, with near-normal snowfall. Precipitation will be above normal in the north and below normal in the south.

Summer season temperatures will average about 1 degree C below normal, with the hottest periods in mid- to late June, mid- to late July, and early August. Rainfall will be slightly below normal.

September and October temperatures will be near normal, with above-normal precipitation and snowfall. The snowiest periods will be in mid- and late September and mid-October.
