Winter temperatures and precipitation will be below normal, but snowfall will be above normal in most of the region. The coldest periods will occur in mid- and late January and mid- and late February, with the snowiest periods in mid- and late December, late January, and mid-February.
April and May will be cooler and drier than normal, with snowfall above normal near Quebec City and below normal elsewhere.
Summer will be a bit hotter than normal, with the hottest temperatures in mid-July and early to mid-August. Rainfall will be above normal in the west and below normal in the east.
September and October will be warmer and wetter than normal, on average.
