Winter will be about one degree above normal, on average, with slightly below-normal precipitation. The coldest temperatures will occur in mid-December and early and mid-January. The most widespread snowstorms will occur in mid-November, mid-December, mid-January, and mid- and late March.
April and May will be warmer than normal, with near-normal precipitation.
Summer will be one to two degrees above normal, on average, with near- to slightly below-normal rainfall. The hottest temperatures will occur in late June, mid- and late July, and early and late August.
September and October will have above-normal temperatures, with near-normal precipitation.
