
Winter will be snowier than normal, with near-normal temperatures, in Manitoba. Saskatchewan and Alberta will be slightly milder and drier than normal, with below-normal snowfall. The coldest temperatures will occur in the first half of December and mid-January. The heaviest snows will fall in mid-March.
April and May will be slightly drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures, on average.
Summer will be cooler than normal. Rainfall will be below normal in Manitoba and above normal elsewhere. The hottest temperatures will occur early in July.
September and October will have near-normal temperatures, with precipitation below normal in the east and slightly above normal in the west.
