Winter will be about one degree above normal in the east and two degrees above normal in the west, on average. Rainfall will be below normal, with near-normal snowfall. The coldest temperatures will occur in early and mid-January and early to mid- and late February. The snowiest periods in the north and east will be in mid- and late December, early and mid-January, and early and late February.
April and May will be warmer than normal, with near- to above-normal rainfall.
Summer will be slightly above normal, on average, with above-normal rainfall. The hottest periods will occur in mid-June, mid-July, and mid- and late August.
September will be drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures. October will be warmer and rainier than normal.
