Winter be will about two degrees above normal, on average, with the coldest periods in mid-December, mid-January, and late February. Rainfall and mountain snowfall will be above normal in the north and near normal in the south. The stormiest periods will be in late January, early February, and early and mid-March.
April will be rainier than normal in the north, with near-normal rainfall in the south. Temperatures will be near normal, on average. May will be a bit warmer than normal, with near-normal rainfall.
Summer will be about one degree above normal, on average, with the hottest periods in mid-July and early to mid- and late August. Scattered t-storms in August will bring above-normal rainfall to the south.
September and October will be warmer than normal, and hot in early and mid- to late September. Rainfall will be above normal in the north and near normal in the south.
