Our forecasts for Canada consist of the southern areas of the country. For instance, our monthly breakdowns is for Southern Ontario. When looking at the map, that is represented by the Warm, Dry area (orange) in the northern part of Southern Ontario and Normal Temps, Wet (dark green) in the southern part of that area. We expect it to be Cool, Dry across the rest of the province for Spring (April–May) but do not put together monthly breakdowns of the temperature and precipitation deviations from normal, which is why you only see a writeup for Southern Ontario in the text.
