Salt and pepper chicken
Salt and pepper chicken pieces of choice. Fry, covered, in small amount of oil till juices run clear. Mix honey and orange marmalade 1:1 (for 6 thighs, I make 1/2 cup each). Make enough for the amount of chicken you're cooking. When chicken is done, spoon orange mixture to cover top of each piece and cook covered on low for additional 3 minutes. I also spoon some of the orange mixture over accompanying rice.
