1 lb chicken livers
2 cups of cooked brown rice
1 can of chicken broth or water and chicken boullion
1 dash of curry (optional)
2 TB of either butter, bacon drippings (careful with the salt), or olive oil (great for the coat)

Boil the chicken livers in beef broth and butter, bacon drippings or olive oil for 10 minutes. Remove from broth and chop most of the meat, mashing a small portion. Return all meat to the broth, along with the cooked rice. Add more broth to make it nice and moist. Stir well.
My dogs like it better with a little curry in the mixture.
