As you can see by the photo I’ve sent you, we have not been entirely spared from the effects of the storms. I traveled to Groton, in the heavy rain and wind, this past Wednesday, 9 29 04, and when I returned, 4 secions of my stockade fence had been blown down by the strong winds. I was trippin’ when I saw that mess. Called all the closeby and not so close by fence companies, and all, I said all of them were backed up with work. A lot of fences blew down. However, my brother, the construction forman, Monty that is, will be here today, to the rescue. And, some of the boys from this neighborhood, will be helping Monty and me out. Oh well! It could have been worse. Praise God, anyway.
