We all make mistakes—the bigger the goof, the easier a target we become. In fact, Murphy’s Law was coined by an actual rocket scientist! Bob Berman highlights some of our biggest blunders in space. And discusses the upcoming launch of the James Webb Space Telescope, the Hubble Telescope’s successor.
