Baked Brown Potatoes
These are even more delicious than French-fried potatoes.

Potatoes
Melted butter
Salt
Instructions
Wash and peel potatoes. Slice ¼-inch thick. Either dip in melted butter or brush with melted butter. Place on a cookie sheet, and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a 350 to 400 degree F oven 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
