Baked Ham With Honey Mustard Glaze

1 ham
1 bottle (12 ounces) beer, divided
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey mustard


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Put ham in a roaster pan. Pour 1-¼ cups of beer over ham. Cover. Roast according to package directions.

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey mustard, and remaining beer. About 30 minutes before ham finishes cooking and every 10 minutes thereafter, spread one-third of glaze on ham. Remove ham from oven. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
