I've used this recipe for 40 years and always get rave reviews because it is so moist and delicious.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana pulp and beat well. Add dry ingredients, milk, and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour. Cool well and store overnight in plastic bag in refrigerator before cutting.
