Blueberry Buckle & Maple Cream

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg beaten
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter, milk, vanilla and egg until smooth. Fold in berries. Pour into greased 9x9” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
