Boneless Breast of Chicken with Herbs


1 chicken breast, boneless, per serving
1 cup white wine
Juice from one lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
Pinch of each: oregano, thyme leaves, marjoram, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, curry


Put chicken in a pan with wine and lemon juice. In a bowl combine the herbs and seasonings. Sprinkle on breast, cover with foil, bake in 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes, uncover, and bake about 5 more minutes or until done. Remove from pan and thicken juice. Serve on a platter with rice pilaf.
