Caramel Apple Pie


1 9" pie crust
10 caramel candies, each cut into 4 pieces
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups Jonathan or Rome apples, unpeeled & choopped into 1/2" cubes
2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup pecans, chopped


Preheat oven & baking sheet to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine caramel pieces and flour; add apples, caramel topping and lemon juice; mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust; top with pecans. Bake on preheated baking sheet at 375 degrees F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust has browned; cool and serve.
