Caramelized Onion and Chive Sauce


Greek Yogurt
Olive Oil


Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add onions and saute over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Puree onions and yogurt in a food processor until smooth. Add chives and rosemary until finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper.
