Cheese Blintzes

Ingredients

Filling:
1/2 pound cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
6 ounces farmer's cheese or well drained cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste
Dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until blintzes are ready.
