Cold Avocado Soup


1 large avocado
2 cups milk
Lemon juice (to taste)
Salt (to taste)


Remove avocado flesh from seed in such a way that 4 thin rings of avocado may be sliced. Puree remaining avocado and milk in blender. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. If too thick, add more milk. Pour into soup bowls and gently lay avocado rings on top.
