Corn Dip


1 bag shoepeg corn
1/2 stick butter
1 package cream cheese
3 teaspoons jalapenos w/juice


Let corn and cream cheese come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with Scoops or Tortilla chips.
