Crab with Sherry in Shells


2 cups fresh crab meat
2 hardcooked eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 cup buttered breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons sherry


Mix all the ingredients, reserving a half cup of the buttered breadcrumbs. Spoon mixture into scallop shells or ramekins and top with the remaining crumbs. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 15 minutes.
