Crabmeat Canapes


12 slices white bread
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1-1/2 cups cooked crabmeat, canned or frozen
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Cut two rounds from each slice of bread. Toast on one side. Mix the curry and mayonnaise and spread on untoasted sides. Add one tablespoon crabmeat. Sprinkle cheese on top. Toast under the broiler until golden brown.


Makes 24 canapes.
