Cranberry Fruit Relish
Goes well with ham, as well as with chicken and turkey.
Ingredients
1 orange
1/2 lemon
2 cups whole, fresh cranberries
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions
Quarter and seed the orange and lemon, leaving the rind on. Put through the food chopper with the cranberries. Combine with the other ingredients. Chill overnight.
Yield:
Makes 2 cups.
